Husband. Father. Plant-based. Gratitude Enthusiast.
Born and raised in Southern California, I am a 29-year-old hoop enthusiast and young entrepreneur. I was first introduced to the game at the age of two; from there I fell in love and wanted to see how far I could go with it.
I attended the University of Utah for three years before transferring to the University of Colorado where I graduated with my BA in Sociology. In my college days I amassed some championships (MW/PAC-12), MVP award (PAC-12 Tourney) and plenty of Sportscenter Top 10 highlights.
More importantly though, I have been married five years to the beautiful Cassie Brown and father to the great Camar Brown for almost two years.
On a lighter note, I am a low key shoe head, really nice pool (billiard) player, I love all types of music (except country, sorry), stand-up comedy lover (netflix), hot yoga believer and I really enjoy helping people.
Coming out of college I played summer league for the Charlotte Bobcats and after summer league, I signed a training camp deal with the Golden State Warriors for the preseason.
From there I signed to play for the Warrior's D-League affiliate in Santa Cruz. I was then traded to the Portland Trail Blazers affiliate, the Idaho Stampede (Now the Salt Lake City Stars) - where I earned NBA D-League All-Rookie 3rd team honors.
After my year in the D-League, I decided to take my talents overseas where I played in Israel. I ended up having the best season of my career leading the country in scoring and becoming an All-Star.
The summer following my season in Israel, I played summer league again, this time for the Denver Nuggets. Unfortunately it wasn't my best showing, so I signed with Brose Bamberg. My season was cut short in Germany due to injury, but I did win a German BBL championship with Bamberg.
I last played in Germany in 2015-16 for Ratiopharm Ulm where we claimed the runner up trophy.
